The large cake has three tiers and contains 37 usable size 1 diapers. The diapers are creatively formed into a delicious cake and adorned with adorable new arrival themed decorations. You can choose from girl, boy or unisex style cakes. Our cakes make wonderful centerpieces for baby showers or a fun welcome home present for the proud new parents. Custom themed cakes can be special ordered.
